- Scheduled Phone Consultations: Any phone or video consultations must be scheduled in advance using our official online calendar. Included meeting allowances are strictly determined by the client's active retainer or project plan.
- Additional Billable Time: Strategy calls, phone consultations, or meetings outside the scope of an active retainer agreement will be billed at our standard hourly consulting rate of $150/hour. Website maintenance-only plans do not include phone consultations unless separately scheduled and billed.
